- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship within two working days of receiving your order, if there is a problem with supply we will contact you.
- Barz Optics ship within Australia by Australia Post Overnight Express in most cases. However we do use Fastway Courier Service if we feel the delivery would be more efficient and timely.
- Overseas we use Australia Post Air Post or if you wish for a rapid service Australia Post EMS Express Courier.

Barz Optics value you as a customer and will not release your details to a third party. Barz Optics never ship goods to you in a package that would indicate the exact contents of the package. We will indicate general terms of contents when shipping internationally to conform with relevant customs laws.
We collect information about you only to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. If necessary we may contact you in order to complete your transaction with us.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing marterial from us at any time in the future.
We do not and will not sell or provide your details to any other party for any purpose whatsoever other than those needed to complete your transaction.
You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us or by logging into your customer account.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and Australian law. This information is only accessible by authorised staff within our business. We do NOT store any credit card or bank account information used when you make a payment to us.

You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening if you choose to do so. Barz Optics uses High Grade 256bit SSL encryption to encrypt your private data.
- Returns & Replacements
- Barz Optics warranty all of our products for 12 months against faults in manufacture. Scratching of the lenses is not covered under this warranty. If you have a problem please contact us before returning the product so that we can discuss the most appropriate way to solve your problem. The fault will either be repaired or replaced.
